When i launch MSFS it disables my Warthog throttle - joystick works and i can see axis moving, but throttle stops working,After i exit MSFS, throttle is working again…
I have just found the same issue. The input works in the controls option but not in game. All ac types effected. Also remains after closing and then restarting the programme. Throttle fine in X plane and DCS. Pretty annoying.
I have a similar issue…seems the last update must be the culprit.

I just added a new ThrustMaster stick and throttle. Found all sorts of goofiness trying to set up like I had on the earlier stick. Corrected by unbinding the offending keyboard input.
