Fair enough, but that is kind of getting into little corners that aren’t the point I was trying to make.
The text of the agreement is simply protecting flightsim.to from liability should someone down stream do something unexpected/out of terms/illegal with your file. So, the remark I made about someone taking that file and changing it, or uploading it elsewhere is still accurate, regardless.
FS.TO’s intent may be to prevent those cases as best as they can, but ultimately its down to the guy who downloads it to abide by those rules, and if they do not, then its not FS.TO’s fault or liability.
I hope that was a little more clear, my first post was perhaps a little ranty (as I often do).
