i am Totally unclear how them Taking More Physical Control of these files supposedly Lowers their legal exposure, if anything i would think it would Increase it (at the Very least they would be involved as the Only ones that can now remove the file)
you yourself even state something to that effect here
thats why i said earlier this sounds like Company PR nonsense, it really makes no sense but sounds good
