You should refrain from telling everyone that has stuttering and other problems with this software that they have a config issue. You send people on a time wasting wild goose chase. I’m glad you system operation pleases you. This software has many bugs and right now there are scenery/texture loading issues that cannot be corrected by configuration. That is not a fix all solution
