Tobii not activating

Hello All
I was using Tobii frequently with MSFS 2020 and with my old PC. Now I switched to a new PC and reinstalled everything. Including Tobii - calibrated and everything ready.
In the MSFS 2020 settings the headtracking toggle is “/” within the numpad - which is what I had with the old PC.

Now, on the new PC when I hit / it would not start tobii. But the sim “sees” tobii as in the control settings tobii is present.

What am I missing here guys/gals?

Removing TrackIR from the Controls Options

I do NOT have a trackIR device connected to My computer. I am trying to get Tobii Eye Tracker 5 to work in the sim. It works in their supplied app but not in the Flight Simulator. One of the possible conflicts is another eye/head tracker. My Control Options show a TrackIR. [TrackIR removal] How do I remove that from the Controls? It will not allow Me to delete it. ETA: Oh, and I disconnected every device but the mouse from the computer and the TrackIR still shows!

Unfortunately that won’t help - I have never had any other facetracking software installed - this is a brand new PC - tobii the first/only headtracker…
