I don’t think you are doing anything wrong. Mine is basically unusable, and has trouble even loading now. Tried 3 landing activities and after pressing fly, aircraft were basically frozen as if on AP (were not) and up/down yokes were totally reversed. The baron rotated at 45 knots and if held down by force, it would not come off the ground at 75. Did get it up once but the up/down control was totally reversed.
