Too little VRAM?

Hello simmers! I 'm using the FS2024 now since the beginning. Now - since some weeks - I get a sign or pop-up telling me:
“Resource usage exceeds GPU memory capacity. Lower graphics settings for better performance.” (See the picture)

at handcrafted airports.
I’m playing @ WQHD settings with a RTX 5080 graphics card which has 16 GB of memory!
Which settings could I lower to get rid of this message.
Or can I do something else to avoid this?

I would start by lowering Terrain Resolution from Ultra to High.
Then set OLOD and TLOD to 200.

That’s what my settings are and I have a 4080 Super. I rarely see that message.
