In VR mode only. Toolbar itself comes fine, but all menus like VFR map or NAV log are distorted like stretching a 16:9 frame into a 4:3. Using HP Reverb G2, latest updates on MSFS, Nvidia, Windows 10. Monitor is a 32:9. No OpenXR or else in use.

I’m having the same issue. It used to be occasional and fixed itself after restarting the sim.
Now it’s been 4 days and the problem persists.
