After having really big difficulties opening the VR Toolbar, I have now found a workaround that works 100% for me: I have to briefly use the VR controller (in my case the Quest 3 controller) in the cockpit. I don’t have to change any settings or activate any buttons, it’s enough if I briefly activate and move the controllers. I can then immediately activate the VR toolbar using the assigned controller buttons or keys (ALT+T) after moving the VR controller.
