Is their a way to know the TOD in the 767-400 ?

I’m not all too sure about this, but here are a few solutions to figure it out
You can download SimToolKitPro from here which will calculate it for you on the flight map.
Also, here is the calculation to find out when the TOD should be:
Altitude to descend/1,000 x 3 = Distance in Nm it takes to descend.
E.g. to know when to start your descent from 33,000 ft to 3,000 ft (a descent of 30,000 ft):
30,000 / 1,000 = 30 x 3 = 90 Nm
So start your descend 90 Nm distance to the point you want to be at 3,000ft
Descend Vertical Speed:
Ground speed x 5 = your vertical speed in feet per minute
E.g. you fly with a ground speed of 300 kts:
300kts x 5 = 1,500 fpm
