It’s VERY much worth your time to start with a basic working configuration profile and then spend half an hour or so sitting in the cockpit of your favorite plane(s) and tweaking things to your liking. Once you get used to it, it makes a huge difference in your flying.
Yes. I’ll fine tune when I’m in the air. Smoothtrack was a good inexpensive introduction. Having this thing on your head is no big thing. Most people will have a headset on anyway.
