The patch notes said TrackIR is being paused when at the Esc Pause menu but I noticed the view also stays where it is when you pause TrackIR! Nice! So it doesn’t revert to the default view after a second or so!
Well that’s a massive improvement because it will make it much easier to operate the controls on the glass cockpit screens.
big news if true
I checked it a few more times and the view stays where it is. At least for minutes: couldn’t check it any longer but it seems to work as it should!
Yes, works for me too! ![]()
Did another check and flew with TiR paused for over 5 minutes: it really is fixed!
Imho this should have been noted in the patch notes! (Or did I simply miss it?)
Works for me. Great
What’s also nice: when you pause TrackIR you can still use the MSFS mouse look and when you press ctrl-space to reset the mouse look view you smoothly go back to the paused TrackIR view!
Thank you @JvanE100
you are the messenger of such a great news. this issue had been bothering me so much
This is indeed good news.. let us be thankful for small mercies and enjoy it before that next patch reverts to previous functionality ![]()
I am so happy to hear this. Thanks to all the fellow zendesk reporters. Now I can finally set the radio at my own pace!
It is true!
It’s working.
Pausing/disabling trackir no longer messes up the view!
Thank you devs!
