Tresco Heliport – only a heliport?

Tresco Heliport (not realised in MSFS) is, according to Wikipedia, a heliport located on the island of Tresco in the Isles of Scilly.

I wonder if it is really just a heliport. It looks like more.

Does anyone have more information? Is it really only used by helicopters?

It is just a heliport according to the charts (EGHT). The white marks on the ground are the FATO markings and TLOF markings. Maybe it was just and old airfield later converted to heliport, I don´t know. But many heliports were also old airfields before or have that FATO that look like a runway.
