Trim after on hold

Hi hope some one knows a solution to this problem.

I am in a flight and i put it on hold by using ESC but when i return to flying by pressing ESC the aircraft trim is in full up and i normally end up in a stall. I have tried a few different aircraft with the same result, does anyone els have this problem and if they have found a solution for it.
