Hey Merlin,
Very odd. You seem to be the only one with the issue. In FS2004 and FSX, there was one single event that caused this. Parking and starting by the fuel pumps. You couldnt. Its like the sim kept your plane from starting. Make sure you are not at the fuel pump trying to start.
