For those who not know but have low end - high end pc or laptop, try turn off this and u maybe gain +5 or +6 fps like me.
But if you have ultra end pc or laptop, maybe will gain nothing.

why on earth would you disable that? it has to do with your device security so what if it takes frames, it keeps your pc as secure it can be

It is just extra security layer.
^ this is optional feature, as long as you’re careful with internet world.
Disable core isolations is not like you totally turn off microsoft defender. And not all devices is compatible to able to turn on core isolations, only new release year devices can utilize the feature.
Microsoft also said disable it for gaming performance, and optionally turn it on after gaming.
