Description of the issue:
When attempting to enter information into FMS sub window (for example, select a waypoint and open the Cross, Intercept, or Hold sub panels) the TSC keyboard does not appear to allow entry
If applicable, which aircraft is experiencing this issue:
Pilatus PC-12 NGX

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- Start the aircraft
- Create a flightplan with at least one intermediate waypoint
- Select the waypoint and choose Cross, Intercept, or Hold from the menu
- In the sub window that appears, select a data box that requires input
- Note that the TSC keyboard does not appear
