I can click take exam and click ready on the next screen. After it loads the game sits on the start screen and I can’t start the mission. This has been happening since after the first few days the game came out. Here is a screenshot of where the game hangs.
I have reinstalled the game multiple times and still same issue. Losing faith in this game

Live weather is on and I tried turning it off and still have same result. My only option is to quit the game when it happens. Also when I’m stuck on that screen if I open the Xbox guide I lose all sound.
I turned my controller off and then back on. This let me start the mission and the game immediately freezes while inside the cockpit. Getting more and more frustrated.
I solved it but plugging a mouse in and using that to start the mission. For some reason it seems like it doesn’t recognize the controller when stuck on that screen. This game should have been delayed. What a mess.
