SU5 introduced cockpit buttons turning blue when mousing over them and I have looked in the options to turn it off but have not found an option to do that.
Anyone know if they can be turned off and how?
In General Options, Accessibility, turn the “Cockpit Interaction System” to “Legacy” instead of “Lock”. It will then set interaction with buttons ans switches in the cockpit as before.
Thank you, I saw that option and did not change it because legacy to me sounds like FSX. Thanks for the info.
I tried it, was not sure either. In that case Legacy seems to mean “Good old times when only PC people were using the sim”
However, I’m seeing that this option is not only related to this button highlights, apparently, but I’m not sure exactly what it affects, and how!
Is that option only on PC ? I cannot find it in Xbox Settings.
(Haven’t updated the PC yet)
Turning OFF “lock” and setting to “legacy” does not seem to 100% restore the former mouse interaction with the Panel.
With a LONG Press, the mouse cursor (pointer) on a Button will disappear from view, even though it is still part way through preforming the long Press action.
Example: LONG PRESS on “Clear” in the GNS530, to switch back to default Nav Mode.
