If you’re using the Toggle/Hold Reverse thrust. You have to press the button, then “Push” your throttle forward to increase the thrust. As long as you hold the button or toggle the reverse button on, your forward thrust is actually your reverse thrust.
Only when you release the reverse hold or press the toggle reverse button again, then you’ll be back to forward mode, and you can push your throttle again for forward thrust.

So, I wanted to configure the reverse because I have two quadrants from Saitek, and according to the descriptions on the menu, it didn’t work, what worked was Decrease throttle, which for me this description is wrong, because I’m doing the reverse and not decreasing lever, but ok, solved the way I put in the image
