Turtle Beach Floppy Throttles Fix?

Has anyone found a solution to the four “floppy throttle levers” on the Turtle Beach quadrant? Any advice appreciated!

Return it and buy a Honeycomb Bravo, I’ve never looked back!

I bought a cheap pack of thick black stick-on Velcro pads and took the “soft” part of the pad, cut it into about 1cm squares, and carefully wedged them between the metal lever and plastic case.

I have a bunch of Velcro laying around. Going to give it a try! Thanks…

The Honeycomb will last a bit longer but will start playing up because it uses pots and not contactless sensors. I agree though send it back and get a refund. It shouldn’t be on the user to find a solution for their design failings.

Did you glue them to the lever or the case? Thanks…

I used the adhesive that was part of the Velcro pad, and I stuck that to the lever, since that’s the part that moves.

It was a little tricky because you want the pad to be a little thicker than the gap between the lever and case. I gently pushed the lever away from the case and used an X-acto blade to slide the pad in the gap, then did my best to remove the blade while simultaneously getting the pad to stick to the lever.

Been running like this for months and it’s been working well.

I just purchased the VelocityOne for my Xbox. It’ll be here in a couple days. What are your thoughts about this hardware? I hear the trim wheel and bottom throttles (black, blue, and red) are good.
