Turtle Beach Velocity One - Custom Profile Assignments

Hi All -
Checking if other Velocity One owners have experienced a similar issue as follows:

I have TB Velocity One controls running on an Xbox - X. When setting up a custom controls profile - I open the MSFS controller profile settings window - then I go to assign the elevator axis control shown as the available “elevator axis” settings - Operating the yoke to assign that movement the software seems to accept it. A check of the profile control indicator does not move or show any up - down movement.

The Velocity One controls work fine when using one of the included profiles.
Thanks in advance

While reconfiguring my Turtle Beach Velocity 1 in the sim I noticed several controls not showing any feedback also. However, when I exited the profile reconfig and actually flew a plane the new changes were reflected in the controls.

Is there any way to import the Velocity One controller profiles and mapping files into MSFS Steam (like DCS profile manager)? It’s so time-consuming to configure them one by one, like reinventing the wheel, while you can import the mapping (on SIM or Windows). Is there any downloadable ready profile for frequently used planes?

I’m not familiar with the DCS profile manager however there is a way in MSFS that you can create a new profile using an existing profile. That way, only the changes to the original profile that you started with are needed.

So you can click on Control Options and then click on the V1 profile you want to start from and then Open preset Manager and then you can add either a new, empty profile or you can start by duplicating an existing V1 profile before starting your changes.
