Flightsim is now unplayable for me. The joystick does not work properly. The elevator does no longer move enough to rotate. If I drag more than half of the stick the direction of the movement of the airplane changes and the nose goes down. If I fly a moderatly steep curve it is not possible to lift the nose-#. I also tried with another stick.
The plane crashes sooner or lather.
Take a look at the sensitivity settings. They changed the curves and maybe something is not right after the update in your setup.
Also, check if your flight model is still set to Modern.

That was not the problem. In ghe meantime i reinstalled two times without effect. It is only possible to start with the elevator trim up. The elevator does not work properly. Neither with a joystick nor with another controller.
I suspect that a config file is corrupted and that the cloud restores the corrupted file with every new installation. I am absolutely clueless how to solve the problem.
