Trying to make a flight plan in the default B748. Simbrief did me no favors with weight and balance. When I got into the user interface to try and set it, I noticed the menu itself is just a flimsy piece of junk. Trying to do things like click in a window, select all of the text, backspace to delete text in the box, etc, is just terrible. It feels very cheaply done.
And there has got to be a better way to balance out this aircraft than just entering weights into boxes for an hour and doing guesswork to figure out why the aircraft is out of balance when it should not be. Don;t tell me, weight and balance and center of gravity issues have not been properly implemented yet, right?
I keep wondering why I paid something like $120 for this thing going on two years ago, and FS9 or even FS98 would still be a more reliable choice.
Because I do not believe they are “using it without issues”. This interface is junk. I have plenty of other sims, games and programs that have solid interface menus. I know the difference between the two.
I wasn’t pointing at adding new features. I was suggesting that Asobo address the feature they already have made, and improve it so it works smoothly.
