Ive got the latest and greatest technology thats currently available for normal folks but my FPS are only around 20-30 ingame

7900xtx
128 GB RAM
WQHD monitor
Even with this hardware and the setttings set to high and FSR 2 to performance or even ultra performance its not possible to get a decent framerate even if lowering the settings to medium or lower.
