Ultra realism question

There seem to be a million threads on this and its difficult to sift through so many tips/tricks/trial and errors, etc. Any insight by anyone with a similar setup would be helpful! Seeing these Youtube vids where it seems like people are just short of being inside and outside a real aircraft, what are the best ways for uber realism(in pancake mode)? Might be beating a dead horse here but anything I can squeeze out of the system is helpful.

My current setup is:
X570 Pro 4
32GB 3200 (2x16) DR CL16 XMP enabled
Ryzen 7 5800x3d (this eliminated any microstutters with the 5600x)
3080Ti
200 FidFX, 200 TOD, and 200 LOD.
Plenty of cooling
Win 10
34" widescreen @1440

Why beating a horse in the Netherlands we say it like pulling on a death horse it means something
Try to get something done while knowing it cant be done.

Try to lower some of the secondary scaling from 1.000000 to 0.800000 this will give some overhead
Imo in this way you can up your Terrain lod to 3 or 400
Also you can up or down primary scaling depending on your needs

Good luck

Not entirely sure what you are asking for, tips on performance or visual realism?

I have a much lower spec PC than yours but I’m quite happy with the performance I get (GA only).
For visual quality I can’t get anything acceptable without using the Nvidia freestyle filters.
If you haven’t done so already, it might be worth looking at those as you can tweak the visuals in many ways to get more realism.

I should have been a little more specific. I’m not looking so much for a ground services, vehicles, etc enhancement. I’m more looking towards a more graphics based approach. I have been looking into ReShade to liven the visuals up, but any tips are more than welcomed. I’m actually colorblind, so if anyone has ReShade or filter settings I am more than grateful for that help as well!

Well the Nvidia freestyle filters do pretty much the same thing as Reshade. I did look into reshade filters a while back but couldn’t get it to work.
Nvidia freestyle you already have as it come with the Nvidia geforce experience app and they are much easier to use. You just need to install that if you haven’t already (turn off the auto game optimisation though otherwise it will mess up your game settings).

Check out this video if you arent sure how to use them.

I used my own settings rather than the ones he shows there though, as it really depends on your monitor and your preferences, especially if you are adjusting for a sight defect.
