After the update I´m no longer able to change the weather at all. Only live weather, anything else is grayes out.
This problem started with january 6th, 2022 update. No problem before that.
Solution - select all players instead live players 
I may be wrong, but isn’t Live Weather the only option when you have Live Players on? After all, Live Players is for those who want to interact realistically with each other in the same virtual world, and that includes the same weather.

Same issues here. i try reinstall same Problem. I select all players, i can change the time After 2-3sec going reset Current time
