My msfs has been acting strange for a few days. Marketplace stopped working, Then this morning it wanted a disk inserted to complete start up. Then after multiple tries it took me to the update page which id clicked “update” then it shut the sim down. Now when I try to start it takes me directly to the Microsoft store for a download of something that has no real description. Not happening.
Tried to get hold of Microsoft support online who want a credit card before forwarding me on to somewhere else.
Finally found a phone number that simply says all support is now online.
I’m in Canada…If anyone has a phone number to a real live person at MS i would greatly appreciate it otherwise I am hooped with ever getting this sim working again.
If someone else has had a similar experience perhaps you could share it.
