Unable to Download Update 1.35.21.0 - Stuck at [56/70]

Downloading the Update 1.35.21.0 through the Installation Manager always sticks at step [56/70], no matter how long I wait for it to complete.

The progression horizontal white bar and percentage keep changing, as well as the memory status ( GB / GB). However, it is stuck at step [56/70].

The “Please wait” Message keeps showing next to the Step progress, but sometimes it briefly changes to a task description for a few milliseconds, however always returns to the “Please wait” Message.

Is anybody having the same issue?
Thanks in advance!

Try this -

From the Support Tab at the top of the page:

Dear TheSevenFlyer

I carefully followed all the steps but unfortunately, it is still getting stuck at 56/70.

These are the files that are created inside the Official folder and stay there when the system sticks if this info is useful:

fs-base-soundbanks-0.1.59.fspatch.part

fs-base-soundbanks-0.1.58.fspartch
fs-base-soundbanks-0.1.57.fspartch
fs-base-soundbanks-0.1.56.fspartch
fs-base-soundbanks-0.1.55.fspartch
fs-base-soundbanks-0.1.54.fspartch

Thank you for your reply and hopefully you will be able to suggest a different solution.

In the checklist above, there were links to two other articles, did you go through those two?

As I wrote in my previous post, I am not getting stuck on small packages (asobo_aircraft_b787_10_0.1.42.fspatch or asobo_bushtrip_nevada0.1.35fspatch), nor on big files (pc-fs-base-bigfiles-0.1.59.fspackage), so I don’t think these troubleshootings apply to my problem.

I am getting stuck at the files that I wrote above.
Hopefully, you can help me based on my circumstances.
Please let me know if you need more data that you think would be useful.

Hi @ogu1271

Thank you very much for your reply.
Unfortunately, there are no .fspackage files stuck in my Offical folder.

The files that appear in that folder are only the .fspartch ones that I wrote above, related to soundbanks.

Regardless of the name of the checklist, I would ensure you go through them.
These things are very hard to troubleshoot, and a lot of times one small thing can cause, or solve them.
The name bigfiles is just an example of one large file.
They may not help, but you should go through them both.

I understood that and I applied these checklists under my circumstances, unfortunately with no result.

Ok, so you tried removing all the sound folders you mentioned above, with no luck.

These checklists are from the Support tab at the top of the page.
This one links to another at the end.

It finally has worked!

I made sure that all the folders were not in hidden mode, made sure to turn all the protections off from Windows Defender, deleted all the sound files, and ran the update with a VPN.

Thanks for your help and patience.
