That’s NOT a PMDG Discord server, no support there at all, it’s just made by some fans.
@ocean00802 There is no email support. Please go to support.pmdg.com and create a support account there and submit a ticket, it’s different from the e-commerce or forum account. They’ll reply within few hours.
There is NO forum account required to get official support, the forum is a totally seperate part and is only user-to-user communication.
