different computers give same results. I can only login using my original gaming computer (which has MSFS installed)

When I try to log into MSFS from my home computer (Not my normal gaming computer) it won’t allow me to login and reverts to the visitor default screen.
Why is this so?
What can I do to login???

Important - tur off “gaming PC”

1 Turn on “home computer” - go to settings > accounts and add new user
2 sign out
3 sign in to new account
4 go to settings > accounts
click sign in with a Microsoft account instead

Ok.
Had to enter a new MS account with my current email address, then change user to this “new” user before trying to access MSFS website and subsequent forum.
After a couple of trials final worked!
