After update bin unable to start up.
How do I “unlock” primer?
Does anybody have “Startup Checklist”?
Hover your mouse pointer over primer, scroll wheel will unlock it and clicking on it will prime it then.

I had this to,your best bet is to dl the 103 version .If you have the marketplace spitfire,you can change the control system back to legacy under the accessability option,according to the cheklist link in the second post by glenith,under related articles in the last heading.
Manually, It doesn’t work at all. (version 1.0.6.) To start I have to use " ctrl+E".
On the other hand, after starting working wit BOTH Magnetos off, Magneto Left is without any Funktion…
According to me, the biggest problem of this simulator is (IM) POSSIBILITY TO correctly SETUP of the PRIMARY FLIGHT CONTROLS (STICK & RUDDER).
Everything else are just details…
The Options in SENSITIVITY MENU (Personay use Pro Flight Yoke) are limited…
Reasons:
Battery not on
Wobble pump not exercised
Magnetos not on
Mixture not rich
Engine priming not done
coils not pushed at the same time.
Specifically for 1.03:
Be sure to prime the engine. You need up to 12 pumps, depending on the OAT.
This is not the wobble hand pump. Is the primer.
If you follow the manual checklist, it will start.

1.0.6? Where did you access that? I just got notified last night that v1.0.3hotfix2 was released yesterday.

I had the same issue, but the root cause was that I did not understand how to prime the engine:
- unlock the primer with mouse wheel
- pump 4 or 5 times by holding left mouse button + clicking right mouse button
