Unable to sync data with cloud

Hi I have had a message over the last day saying “we are unable to sync your data with the cloud at the moment”. This is an issue that has been reported by someone else a while ago, and the topic was closed after someone posted a potential solution, but that solution doesn’t work for me. Has anyone else had this issue recently as this means I can’t access bing or photogrammetry data and is this a data with the severs? Any suggestions appreciated.

I’m been having this issue the past couple of days.

I found that the problem related to the fact that I needed to run the sim through Xbox Console Companion rather then via the desktop icon I originally used, it seemed to work then, I assume this was because of an Xbox update!
