Hi, I bought the base package of MS2020 to see how it would run on my system , it’s great so I would like to upgrade , however when I try to buy the Premium Deluxe upgrade through Marketplace , official content, it says “purchase failed”. Any idea why this would be? My card info is correct and I have the funds. If you go through Microsoft store it says the upgrade is unavailable … I’m puzzled .I hope someone can help here ,I’ve contacted support and they seem none the wiser . Thanks .
I have the same problem trying to upgrade for weeks now. 3 days so far with no reply, though? 
Hi Hacktripper, they don’t seem to be interested. The guy I spoke to in “support” had very little knowledge of the product and was even less interested in helping me . It’s a shame I would really like to upgrade , lets hope someone takes notice soon .
