Oh it’s definitely intentioned that way but tbh it’s a good deal since it’s the same price as the digital code only. Heavily considering getting this since I can’t justify the limited collectors version (not super into paying $50 bucks of shipping)

You aren’t missing much. Basically the steelbook edition is a steelbook, a fancy lanyard with seatbelt buckle that works to detach the card from the lanyard anda code for the game. I could have got it for less than I paid just for the game on Xbox store but eh.

I’m one of the numbskulls ones who decided to purchase from Aerosoft. Never again. U.S. deliveries are delayed, too. What a cluster they are. I haven’t even received a notification the package has shipped yet. So I won’t be playing 2024 today. 
Maybe I should head out to Best Buy or Target to get a Steelbook edition, too!
I mean, I like boxes and collectibles, so I liked it. LOL
But the Collector’s edition is indeed way more interesting.
