Apology accepted. I was simply trying to understand who you may be. Your post sounds like you have possibly interacted with me before and that appears to have left an impression, but I can’t for the life of me remember anything you said. Must have been very forgettable.

possibly already chimed in before but fwiw I am deeply impressed with MSFS and it actually brought me back to simming after a quite long time of some years when FSX grew older and slowlier on my meager system (i5-2500k and 8GB ram e.g.), XP didn’t really convince me plus family and office took their share. no sim bashing, please, but MSFS on my still low end and >10 yr old system (with only my GTX560TI replaced with a GTX1660S as reasonable invest) is sooo immersive that my better half already started complaining again that I do too much flying. As a good side of todays wierd pandemic outcomes and restrictions, homeoffice actually allows me flying more at home during office hours since I just need a little break to plan and setup a flight and then let the AP fly so I can take over for landing once my next break comes. Yeah, not too much handflying in between but I can do my various calls while looking at the breathtaking scenery, water and weather which is somehow relaxing for me

That’s not a bad comparison. What does make me smile though is that XP & P3D should be aware that I’d still rather watch that 1 channel than their 140 channels.
