I find that the light the sun low-lying casts at high-altitude is too white and ghostly. I’ve been on real flights at sunset many times, and the light of the sun appears to be basically the same as it is on the ground. That is, mostly yellow/orange.
Does this stick out to anybody else? It just strikes me as odd when I see the cockpit bathed in a blueish white light, while the clouds below me are turning orange.
