Besides the tons of bugs and missing or malfunctioning features I have one complaint right from the first start of FS2020:
For me the UI and the SIM itself do not feel very responsive.
When using dials or pushing buttons it always feels somehow laggy.
Often I click twice to set the focus on elements.
I’ve also noticed that when clicking out of the SIM-Window (as I have dual monitors, one for the SIM and another for Browser windows, charts, etc.) and then returning to the SIM (giving focus) the default windows cursor transforms to a software cursor…
This causes the first click inside the SIM-window to first transform to the cursor and only thereafter the window reacts to cursor movements which always causes a delay.
I believe it is so by design of the app and there is nothing we can do about it?
Other SIMS react instantly to cursor inputs even after getting back focus from an outside focused app…
