Unwanted rudder and aileron movements

After months I’ve finally understand why sometimes my A320N suddenly goes off course and goes into an uncontrollable spin and dive.

When in cursor mode (which usually shuts off the rudder and aileron functions) if I hover over a another control/button/instrument on the flight deck (and it lights up blue) and accidentally touch the aileron or rudder on the Xbox control pad, it reactivates the rudder/aileron function and sends the aircraft into a spin and dive.

It makes the game difficult to play when I’m concentrating on changing something on the mcdu (etc) because I have to be careful not to touch the other controls.

Any ideas how to stop this?

Buy a yoke and rudder pedals?

Bind cursor toggle to any keyboard key and never use it again… it’s useless anyway if you have a mouse.
