Near Dover, but I do not know the exact location. Go north from Dover and you might spot it.

Spent an hour trying to find this but no joy… if you come across it again, try and get some coordinates or more VFR identifiers 
Maybe a radial off the Dover VOR could help. With a DME, you would nail it. This should guarantee a few punters wanting to exercise their graphics cards. Who needs Bitcoin, eh?

This should be easy for them to fix, one tiny patch of the Earths surface to blend that out.
