Was my home base in the other simulator, so once I switched to MSFS I needed to have it. Wow, lucky, first purchase and one of the best custom airports out there 
The only thing which I think could be changed is to describe more clearly that the toggleable static aircraft are only for purchases outside of the marketplace. Didn’t get this fully when making the decision where to buy. Would have bought outside of the marketplace to have some more flexibility for vatsim etc.
