I guess you mean PFD (Primary Flight Display) not PDF… )))
To see your glideslope you have to switch NAV ILS (A320 center comm panel).
Or you can add the arrival data into FMC. Don’t forget to switch FD and LS.
DME and Glideslope looks correct. Don’t forget to check elevation of DME and glideslope points in the editor. Just position these points on the ground level.
Regarding meters - I have no ideas. I live in metric system and didn’t think about that.
