I have GTX 1070ti
From initial installation from retail discs my system was running very smoothly on Ultra and set at 60fps.
Post the upgrade to 1.12.13 I now get the micro-stutters with every aircraft irrespective of glass or analogue cockpit.
I cannot fly in this sim in this state so have reverted to P3D v4.5HF3 until MSFS is fixed
