I downloaded for the 3rd time in as many months the same update version 1.33.8.0 with the same change details…nothing new. Why does update 1.33.8.0 keep updating with the same change details?

City updates and such don’t change the core version, even though parts of the update are still mandatory. Since there’s no change to the core version, the release notes don’t change. Check the News and Announcements section for details on recent updates.
I thought if there is only city or country updates for example then you wouldn’t see release notes of old core updates that have already been installed weeks/months before since it’s not part of what is being currently downloaded/installed.
I thought only new changes in the current update would be in the release notes.
The release notes stay with the core version. You’re not the first to be confused by updates like that.

So does that mean there is no way to know exactly what is being updated or is there some info on that somewhere?
