Just downloaded World Update 3 (UK and Ireland) - no problem with download - I get the UK welcome screen and the Papa Westray challenge etc., but there’s no update to any of the points of interest or photogrammetry in the new cities. I have restarted it a couple of times, unchecked and rechecked the photogrammetry option but nothing. Any advice welcomed. 
I’m having the same problem. 23GB intitial download, have all the new screenshots, but no UK content. The release says to head over to the content manager to download the additional UK update. But there is nothing waiting to be downloaded, installed or updated, as there was for the Jap and US updates. Am on the steam version.
For you go to the marketplace and get the free update @BilingualHarp7
