Following the update my Premium Deluxe version seems to have been downgraded to the basic version I think as the additional aircraft for the premium deluxe version have gone!!!. Also when I updated it only seemed to update a small patch and not the large patch talked about.
Anyone have any recommendations how to fix this.
Also the Market place is grayed out.

Have you checked to see if any of the premium content is available in your content manager? Additionally, it sounds like a bug with the marketplace being greyed out - it would be best to also submit a Zendesk report with as much info as you can.
Hi My initial purchase version was the Premium Deluxe version and this was all working ok and I had all the appropriate content, extra aircraft, airports, market place etc.
Then I launched the simulator and it did the initial small update. I then restarted the sim for the bigger update but it did not do this update. I have rebooted the PC several times restarted the Simulator several times. Prior to the update I disabled Microsoft Antivirus software and checked my Broad band download speed before proceeding. The version say 1.8.3.0 !!! so I am a bit confused as to what to do next.

Can you check if any of your premium content has “download available” text next to it? IE the B787.
Go to the Content Manager and install any missing packages. Should do the trick. Worked for me anyway, I was missing 2 planes after the patch.

I had a similar issue with the first update - IE; I updated and my deluxe premium aircraft were gone. Tried lots of things but in the end, I uninstalled FS, then re-downloaded/installed which fixed it (the second time!!) Each download here is 7 hours or so, so a real pain - but did fix it.
Silver lining is that uninstalling the game didn’t remove my controller settings so I didn’t have t reconfigure everything.

Thanks all. I managed to sort the problem by following the following suggested by another simmer.
“go to the Xbox console companion in your computer and log out from there. Close it. Open it again and log in. After this fire up the game and your problem will be solved”
This then started the 15g download which was missing and all was ok.
If this works, you’ll get the status of personal hero to me !!!

Update: sorry, didn’t see i had to relaunch it before starting the sim
It didn’t work. Indid an update of the xbox companion, logged out, reboot tge pc, logged in again, launcged fs2020…nothing.
No update,no 787,no EDDF…nothing. And in my content manager, can’t see any premium deluxe bundle , although on the store it show i bought it🤨

It does UNFORTUNATELY…id…ots Microsoft…I had a special caracter in my original account from which i purchased fs. Then because of their INCOMPETENCE of making a program working internationaly correctly, i had to create a new user limited with the EN alphabet caracters. And NOW i can’t enjoy the premium pack??
And then somebody dare write WHY SO MUCH NEGATIVITY??
I can give COUNTLESS reasons why…
To start with…120€, for a product not working as advertised
1month and 1 week since download, still doesn’t work properly.
Countless of hours installing, uninstalling and reinstalling.
All third parties addons don’t work anymore after a reset of fs2020 and xbox…
I know the moderators of this site are not Microsoft nore Asobo employees/related…
WHERE ARE Microsoft and Asobo people?? So many interviews of them before launch date, and poof, they all dissapeared in a millisecond on 18th Aug at midnight…no mesg on any social medias from them, no reactions…i’m not talking about pleasing individually with “cosmetic” or personnal wishes for the sim, but why after 5 weeks, is it still not running FLAWLESSLY??
I’m sorry, don’t take it personnaly, and still, it’s great to see so many people/players/simmers trying to help eachother SO HARD, thanks to all of them for their time and efforts…but still…where the H…l are the real concerned parties? Ms and Asobo?

Amen to that! Same thing happened to me. It is a half-baked program. In the old days we call it vaporware, which everything said is a pipe dream.
Hopefully one day it will work FLAWLESSLY! ie gps on the diamonds a/c not working properly.
and solution to your problem, go to the Content Manager, install pack you are missing. look also at the win10 Settings…Update. that’s what MStore tech support did for me.
Thanks for the tip, but did that last night at 2 am…nothing as premium pack is showned in content manager. But if i go on MS, it says it’s installed…vaporware it is…
