I’m always looking forward to the next update but I never know when it’s coming, it’s the last day we’ll see only the development updates

The 26th will be the UK update. No details on what that will include as of this post.
As with previous “World Updates” I will assume that it will include new handcrafted airports, new hand crafted scenery, airport and scenery fixes, flight tours and/or landing challenges as well as some bug fixes.
The next Sim Update will be in Febuary 23rd. This should include a more significant amount of bug fixes and potentially new features.

Below is a link the the latest roadmap. Dates to keep an eye out are 1/26 for World Update #3: UK and 2/23 for Sim Update #3. (Edit: UK update delayed approx 1 - 2 weeks)

Yes, they had some problems with UK cities for some reason, and want to do it properly. A good decision.
On balance, it’s probably better to have a few people complain it’s delayed than a lot of people complain it was released early.

From the information they’ve provided, Bing is using a new data provider for their UK data and it’s been delivered in a format that Bing didn’t support. So the delay is mostly with Bing adding support for said data.
Hopefully the delay gives them time to polish this world update a little more than the Japan and USA world updates. There were (and still are) some real ■■■■■ in those scenery updates that are right in the flight path of the discovery tour.

One thing I’ve noticed when flying the airbus which is somewhat easy to use compared to the Boeing aircraft when doing the approaches make sure on your flight plans you select the type of approach and runway you want to land on otherwise choose the active runway based on GPS VFR whenever i do it this way my landings using the autopilot has worked flawlessly almost 100 percent of the time

no need to be lost. The 26th was the original release date of the world update. So it should come out next week.
