Hello…while trying to constantly load the new world update 16 I didn’t know what was going on…I would follow all the trouble shooter steps inside the forum but it would load all the way up until 69 percent then it would freeze…so I finally decided to just do the download straight on without loading in the whole sim what I mean by that is that I have the premium deluxe version of the sim but now I was only able to download the regular and premium versions with no interference at all…so now I have the deluxe version floating in space but my sim is working perfectly without …the thing with that is I payed a lot of money for the extra planes that I now don’t have because of whatever they’ve done to the sim this time…I hope this helps someone or perhaps someone can help me understand why my deluxe version wont download

You purchased the premium deluxe version of the sim, right? Was this from the MS Store, or from Steam?
I don’t understand this part of your question.
You tried to download & install WU16 (Carribean), but it stopped at 69 %, or…
Do you mean that WU 16 downloaded & installed OK, but when trying to start MSFS it stops at 69 %, or…
Do you mean that WU 16 downloaded & installed OK, but when trying to load a flight, MSFS stops at 69 %?
Sorry, I don’t understand this part of your question either. Are you saying you tried to re-install MSFS and chose the Premium version rather than the premium deluxe version? And now you have this version, and all the world updates, etc., including WU16, and can fly without any problems?
I can understand your frustration of not having the extra premium deluxe aircraft. Can you provide a detailed step-by-step guide to what you did?
