tried system restore for a month ago, didn’t help. This is the latest update (March 2024) all others installed fine.

I noticed that there was an update to the Xbox & Gaming services apps on my PC on 3/14, so if you have not checked recently, open up the MS Store App, click on the library icon & then Get Updates. Probably a good idea to ensure that Windows Updates are also current too.
Reboot & see if that works.

Thanks but it didn’t help. It shows my last update was last January. I still get the HRESULT error that stops about after 1/3 of the updates downloads.
