Update Manager hangs

After starting flights the update manager wants the update the current installation and start but run for hours with same patch at 13%
the update never finish

Is there an update?? Is your game actually updating?

I found the solution.
I choosed the game directory proposed by default and we should select any other directory or subdirectory
